• 1. Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

  We are a professional manufacturer specializing in stainless steel wire rope and steel wire rope for more than 20 years. We have strong production capacity, strict quality control, and an experienced international sales team.

• 2. What products do you supply?

  We supply a wide range of wire rope products including:
  - Stainless Steel Wire Rope (304 / 316)
  - Galvanized Steel Wire Rope
  - Ungalvanized Steel Wire Rope
  - PVC / Nylon Coated Wire Rope
  - Stainless Steel Wire
  - Wire Rope Accessories (Thimbles, Turnbuckles, Clips, Sleeves, Terminals) Common constructions include 1x7, 1x19, 6x19, 6x36, 7x7, 7x19, 8x19S+FC/IWRC and more.

• 3. Can I get free samples?

  Yes. We can provide 50–100 meters of samples free of charge for quality evaluation. The freight cost will be borne by the buyer.

• 4. What materials are available?

  We mainly supply stainless steel grades:
  - AISI 304
  - AISI 316
  Other materials such as 201 are also available upon request.

• 5. Can I customize size or technical parameters?

  Yes. Customized diameter, construction, breaking load, length, packaging, and coating are available. OEM and ODM orders are also welcome.

• 6. What is your MOQ?

  Our standard MOQ is 1000 meters per diameter.

• 7. What are your payment terms?

  We accept the following payment methods:
  - T/T (70% deposit, balance before shipment or against copy of B/L)
  - L/C at sight
  - Western Union
  Payment terms can also be discussed depending on the order quantity.

• 8. What is your delivery time?

  Sample orders usually take 3–7 days. Bulk orders typically require 5–25 days depending on the quantity. If products are available in stock, delivery can be arranged faster.

• 9. How do you ensure product quality?

  We maintain strict quality control through:
  - 100% QC inspection before shipment
  - ISO-certified production management
  - Experienced production technicians
  - Long-term cooperation with major domestic industrial companies We ensure stable quality and reliable product performance.

• 10. What standards do your products meet?

  Our products can meet international standards such as DIN, GB, EN12385-4, AISI, BS, ASTM, and JIS. Tensile strength options include 1670 MPa, 1770 MPa, and 1960 MPa.

• 11. How are the products packaged?

  Products are normally packed using strong plywood reels or spools. Each reel is wrapped with waterproof paper and plastic film to ensure safe transportation. Custom shipping marks and packaging are also available.

• 12. What length options are available?

  Common packing lengths include 1000 m, 1500 m, 2000 m, 2500 m, and 3000 m per reel. Custom lengths can also be arranged according to customer requirements.

• 13. What shipping methods do you offer?

  For samples, we usually ship by express courier such as FedEx, DHL. For bulk orders, we arrange air freight or sea freight (LCL or FCL). Customer-designated freight forwarders are also accepted.

• 14. Which ports do you ship from?

  Our main export ports are Ningbo Port and Shanghai Port in China. The specific port will be arranged based on shipping schedules, container availability, and customer requirements.

• 15. Can we visit your factory?

  Yes, customers are warmly welcome to visit our factory. Please inform us in advance so we can arrange reception and provide necessary assistance during your visit to China.
